The Hobson Hotel
Graham Drylining undertook extensive works encompassing internal ceiling installations, partition walls, and firestopping, which led to the remarkable transformation of an old police station in Cambridge. The outcome of our dedicated efforts resulted in the creation of a magnificent and captivating 57-bed boutique hotel, situated within the esteemed setting of a historic listed building.

Sylvan Court
We had the privilege to work on a prestigious development consisting of 12 apartments. This project presented a diverse range of requirements, including specialist MF dropped ceilings, featured bulkheads, firestopping and traditional British Gypsum built walls, all meticulously executed to achieve a Stage 4 finish.

Silverwood
Silverwood is an exquisite collection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in the sought-after area of Northwood.
This prestigious scheme comprises upscale houses, and Graham Drylining had the privilege of being entrusted with several critical aspects. Our scope of work included the installation of featured ceilings, a variety of internal plaster finishes, and the creation of distinguished walls with associated fire rating properties, all meticulously crafted to meet the exacting standards set by the high specifications of the project.
Chancery Place
Chancery Place comprised of 16 elegant one and two-bedroom apartments, conveniently situated in the historic town of Hitchin and with distinguished legal heritage. Graham Drylining had the privilege of being involved in this prestigious commercial scheme.
Our expertise encompassed the design and installation of featured ceilings, meticulous internal plaster finishing, as well as the construction of fire and sound-rated walls, all executed to meet the rigorous standards set by the project's high specifications.
The Dairy
Introducing a prestigious suite of 36 private executive units located within a gated development just moments away from the Master Brewer junction with excellent accessibility to central London via the A40 route.

The project involved the demolition of existing buildings followed by the construction of a four-story building. The new structure comprises 4 three-bedroom apartments, 8 two-bedroom apartments, and 8 one-bedroom apartments.
